Metallic Trees 14
Metallic Trees 14 is much more on the abstract side than the representational.
The two tree-like shapes show roots growing down into the ground, and tree trunks reaching upward into masses of foliage on top.
The bright background is mostly white, and the space within the shapes of the trees is filled with light shapes that feel like they are shifting and moving.
It seems like a visual representation of the life force within all living things.
The original painting is 6″ x 6″.
