Eclipse At Sea. 16" x 16", Oil on Wood, © 2013 Cedar Lee
Here is my new painting, “Eclipse At Sea.” With this image I hope to evoke a mood of mystery. Perhaps loneliness combines with excitement to create the raw bittersweet feeling of being all alone yet also plugged in to the rest of everything–fully alive. And perhaps there is a feeling of romance, adventure, and luck: how fortunate would one be to witness a moment like this?

the painting is otherworldly and spiritual. Beautiful and memorizing work.
