- I sold my first painting at age 12.
- I graduated high school first in my class in 1999, having already begun to take college-level courses in art.
- In 2000, I had a solo art show in the National Security Agency. I was not permitted to hang the show myself, as a security clearance was required to enter the building!
- I was a part-time art instructor at Anne Arundel Community College in Maryland from 2002-2007.
- In 2005, I graduated with my B.A. Summa Cum Laude (with a 4.0 GPA) from Goucher College. I was one of 4 students in my graduating class awarded honors in the major of Studio Art.
- In 2006, my artwork was displayed in a juried exhibition called the Will’s Creek Survey. The juror who chose my work was John W. Smith, Director of the Archives of American Art at the Smithsonian Art Museum.
- In 2007, one of my paintings was on the cover of Zahir, Journal of Speculative Fiction.
- In the past 12 months, I have sold dozens of paintings to dozens of new and repeat collectors.
