Thanks to the excellent photographer JP Dawson for the source image for this painting! This is one of my favorites so far in the cat series–I like how the red background is so vibrant. I can just picture this little guy swatting at a piece of string.

How did you originally become a reader of this blog?

Cedar and I are tight. We go way back!
Cedar & I aren't close friends but she's part of my social circle.
I don't know Cedar but I know someone who does.
Social networking site (Myspace, Facebook, LJ, WetCanvas, ArtCalendar, etc.)
I found this blog while doing a web search.
I clicked on a link from another site and ended up here.
i'm too drunk to remember. hahaha

Why do you read this blog?

I'm a collector of Cedar's work and want to keep updated on her career.
I might want to purchase Cedar's art in the future, so I'm keeping an eye out for something I like.
I'm a fellow artist and I just like seeing what other artists are doing.
I'm not an artist or an art buyer. I just think this stuff is cool.
I love Cedar because she's in my family or a close friend, so I'd keep up with her no matter what she was doing. However, I also love her art.
I'm not here for the art. I just like the stories about Cedar's garden, family, pets, and other random activities.
I am an Internet stalker. The art is just a nice bonus.
